The FastAPI key management is not supported on your Binance Sub-account, it will only integrate with your main account.
You can use both: mobile and desktop.
FastAPI only works on Binance Global.
1. On the "Connect Binance" screen select the "Auto-Connect" option:

3. You will be redirected to your Binance App or Desktop page, where you need to confirm the integration. After the successful connection you will receive the following message:
