Important Note: Canceling your subscription does not interrupt your current paid plan. You will retain full access to all features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Canceling simply turns off future automatic charges.
We are sorry to see you pause your Stoic journey! You can turn off your subscription's auto-renewal at any time. After canceling, you will retain access to all the features of your plan until the end of your currently paid period.
Just like changing your tier, the cancellation process depends on your original payment method.
1. If you paid by bank card
Step 1. Go to the My Plan page in the Stoic web app. Find your active subscription and click the Manage plan button.

Step 2. In the billing management window that opens, click the Cancel subscription button on the right side of the screen.

Step 3. The system will ask you to provide a reason for leaving. Click on the "Choose an option" dropdown menu and select the most fitting reason (e.g., it's too expensive, you found an alternative, or you no longer need the service).

Step 4. The final confirmation window will open. Click the large blue Cancel subscription button to permanently stop your auto-renewal.

Step 5. All done! Once the process is complete, you will be taken back to the My Plan page, and your subscription status will change from a green "Active" to a red "Cancelled". You can still use the platform until the end of your paid period.

2. If you paid via Apple (App Store)
Simply deleting the Stoic app from your phone does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be done directly in your Apple account settings.
Steps:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find Stoic in the list and tap on it.
Tap the Cancel Subscription button at the very bottom of the screen and confirm the action.
(Note: If there is no "Cancel Subscription" button and you only see an expiration date, it means the subscription has already been successfully canceled and will not renew).
3. If you paid with cryptocurrency (CryptoChill)
Great news — you don't need to do anything to cancel!
Cryptocurrency payments in Stoic are not recurring (they do not auto-renew). When your current subscription period comes to an end, it will simply expire on its own, and we will not attempt to charge you any additional funds. You can just wait for the paid period to finish.
