You can easily pay for your Stoic subscription or deposit fees using cryptocurrency or a standard bank card.
⚠️ CRITICAL REMINDER: You must send ONLY the required fee amount to Stoic. The funds you want the Stoic algorithm to manage (your trading capital) must remain safely in your connected exchange account.
Here is everything you need to know to successfully complete your payment:
Where to Find Your Payment Screen
Before choosing a payment method, navigate to the Billing section in the Stoic app. Depending on what you are paying for:
For Subscriptions: Click the blue Manage plan button in the main Subscription block at the top of the page.
For Deposit Fees: Scroll down to the Unpaid invoices section and click the blue Pay fee button next to your pending invoice.
Once you click the payment button, you can select your preferred payment method below.

Option 1: Paying with Cryptocurrency
If you choose the Pay By Crypto option, please keep the following rules in mind:
Source of funds: You can send the payment from your exchange account or a private crypto wallet (like MetaMask or Trust Wallet).
Supported assets: We only accept payments in the specific stablecoins displayed on the Payment page (e.g., USDT, USDC).
Match the Network: You must send the funds using the exact blockchain network you selected in the Stoic app (e.g., BEP-20, ERC-20, TRC-20). Sending funds via the wrong network will result in a permanent loss of funds.
Cover the Network Fees: The final amount Stoic receives must exactly match your invoice. Crypto exchanges and wallets charge their own transaction/withdrawal fees. These transaction fees are NOT included in your Stoic invoice. You must manually add the network fee to your withdrawal amount to ensure we receive the full payment.

Option 2: Paying by Card
If you prefer to pay with fiat currency, Stoic accepts major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
On the payment method selection screen, click Pay By Card.
You will be redirected to the secure payment page.
Enter your email address in the "Contact information" section.
Fill in your card details, cardholder name, and select your country or region.
Click the blue Pay and subscribe button.

Need Manual Approval?
Our system processes most payments automatically within a few minutes. However, Stoic will not be able to accept your payment automatically if:
You made your payment in several smaller transfers (e.g., you sent 100 USDT and then another 50 USDT to cover a 150 USDT fee).
You forgot to account for the crypto network withdrawal fee, and we received slightly less than the required amount.
If this happens, don't worry! Simply send a message to our Support Team via the in-app chat, and we will gladly verify and activate your payment manually.
