Why Trading Stops Due to Unpaid Stoic AI Fees

Learn why Stoic AI pauses trading execution when subscription fees remain unpaid and how to automatically resume trading.

If you have outstanding management fees linked to your account, trading activity may be temporarily suspended until the billing balance is settled (learn more about billing policies at 👉 stoic.ai).

You can check your account balance and review unpaid invoices at any time inside the Stoic AI app under the Profile / My Plan section.

⚙️ How the 7-Day Grace Period and Trading Suspension Work

  1. 7-Day Grace Period: When a new management fee is generated (e.g., subscription renewal or deposit expansion), you are given a 7-day grace period to process the payment. During these 7 days, automated trading continues uninterrupted.

  2. Temporary Trading Pause: If fees remain unpaid after the 7-day window expires, Stoic AI temporarily suspends scheduled trading and rebalancing executions.

  3. Automatic Resume: Once payment is processed and detected by our system, trading operations resume automatically during the next rebalancing cycle.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What happens to my current exchange positions while trading is suspended? A: Your crypto assets remain safely in your exchange account in their existing allocation. The algorithm simply stops executing new rebalancing or adjustment trades.

Q: Does Stoic AI automatically withdraw unpaid fees from my exchange account? A: No. Stoic AI connects strictly via trade-only API keys without withdrawal permissions. Fees must be paid separately through the app via bank card or crypto payment.

Q: What should I do if I paid my fee but trading hasn't restarted yet? A: Crypto payments may take time depending on network confirmations. If trading does not resume within 24 hours of payment, please reach out via in-app chat or email [email protected].
