Stoic AI uses passwordless magic links sent to your email address for secure account access (learn more about security features at đ stoic.ai).
If you encounter issues signing in, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
đ Authorization Link Error
If you get an error after opening the link sent to your email:
Request a New Link: For security reasons, authorization links expire after a short period and can only be opened once.
Copy and Paste the URL: Copy the magic link directly from your email and paste it into your mobile browser's address bar (Safari, Chrome, etc.).
Do Not Share Links via Messengers: Avoid sending the link to yourself via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Messenger. These apps automatically pre-render previews, which immediately invalidates the single-use authorization link.
đ© Missing Authorization Email
If you requested a login link but have not received the email:
Check Spam & Promo Folders: Automated emails often land in Spam, Junk, or Promotions tabs. Mark the email as "Not Spam" and add Stoic to your trusted senders list.
Verify Your Email Address: Ensure there were no typos in your email address when requesting the login link.
Wait a Few Minutes: Email delivery through certain domain providers may occasionally take up to 2â3 minutes.
