Note: Before you can create API Keys, you will have to set up 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) on Crypto.com exchange. Go to your Profile and select Security. Under 2-Factor Authentication, you will see the button to enable 2FA. Please check this link for more information.
Connecting your Crypto.com Exchange account to Stoic AI allows the automated strategy to efficiently manage your portfolio. Follow this step-by-step guide to properly create and securely configure your API keys.
🔒 Safety First: Stoic AI only requests permissions to read your balance and execute trades. Never enable the withdrawal permission ("Enable Withdrawal"). Your funds always remain safely in your personal Crypto.com account.
Step 1: Log in to your account
Go to the Crypto.com Exchange website.
In the top right corner, click the Log in button and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Management
In the top menu, click on the user account icon (profile icon).

2. In the dropdown menu, select your Master account and click the arrow to the right of it to proceed to the Account Management page.

Step 3: Open API settings
On the Account Management page, select the API Management tab.
On the right side of the screen, click the [+ Create a New API Key] button.

Step 4: Create a key and confirm 2FA
A pop-up window will appear. In the Label field, enter a clear name for this connection (e.g., stoic.ai).

2. Under Enter the 2FA code generated by your authenticator app, input the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
3. Click the Create API button.

Step 5: Copy your Secret Key (Crucial!)
Immediately after creating the key, a success window will appear.
⚠️ Warning:
The Secret Key is revealed when first created; however, upon refreshing the page or navigating elsewhere, the secret key will be hidden for security reasons. If you forget your secret key, you need to create a new one.Click the Copy Secret Key button and temporarily save it in a secure location (or paste it directly into the Secret Key field in the Stoic app).

Step 6: Configure permissions (Edit) and IP Whitelist
Now you need to set up the access rights for the created key and link the trusted IP addresses.
Close the secret key window and return to the list of keys in the API Management tab. Find your new key and click the Edit button next to it.

2. In the newly opened window, copy your public API Key (by clicking the copy icon).

3. Go to the Stoic app on the connection page. Copy the required IP addresses from the Restrict access to trusted IPs only section.

4. Return to the settings window on Crypto.com. Make sure to check the box for Enable Trading.
5. Paste the IP addresses copied from Stoic into the IP Whitelist field (press Enter or Space after pasting so the system recognizes them).
6. Click the Continue button and confirm the action with your 2FA code.

Step 7: Finalize connection in Stoic AI
Switch back to the connection screen in the Stoic app.
Paste the previously copied keys into their respective fields: API Key and Secret Key.
Click the blue Connect button.

4. If done correctly, a window saying "Crypto.com is integrating" will appear. Click Continue.

Done! Your account is now successfully connected. Your Stoic AI portfolio dashboard will begin displaying your exchange balance and the activated trading strategy.
