If you made a payment and it hasn't been accepted after an hour, please don't panic! The deposit address provided to you is uniquely generated and permanently tied to your email address in our database. Your funds cannot get lost.
While our system processes most transactions automatically, certain situations require a quick manual review by our team.
Common Reasons for Pending Payments (Requires Manual Approval)
If any of the following apply to your transaction, the automated system will pause the payment. We will gladly approve it manually—just reach out to us!
Wrong Cryptocurrency: You sent an unsupported coin (like ETH or BTC) instead of the specific stablecoins (like USDT or USDC) requested on the payment page.
Split Payments: You paid a single invoice using multiple smaller transfers (e.g., sending 100 USDT and then another 50 USDT to cover a 150 USDT fee).
Combined Invoices: You had several pending invoices and paid the total sum in one single transaction. (Note: To avoid this in the future, please pay each invoice individually).
Network Fee Discrepancies: You forgot to add the crypto network withdrawal fee to your total, meaning Stoic received slightly less than the exact requested amount.
How to fix it: Contact us via email at [email protected] or through the in-app chat (please ask to be connected to a human immediately). Let us know what happened, and we will manually locate and accept your payment.
Special Scenarios
1. I intentionally sent extra to use as "credit" for future fees. Our system only processes the exact amount requested and does not automatically sum or save excess funds for future invoices.
Solution: Contact us at [email protected] or via the in-app chat (ask to speak with a human right away). We will manually accept your current fee and note your "credit" on your account. (Note: You will need to message us again next time you receive an invoice so we can apply your remaining credit).
2. I accidentally sent my trading capital instead of the fee. Stoic will always ask you to send only the subscription or deposit fee. Your actual trading funds should always remain on your connected exchange account (e.g., Binance). If you mistakenly sent your entire trading capital to the fee payment address, this requires a full refund.
Solution: Don't worry! Email us at [email protected] or open the in-app chat (ask for a human immediately) and explain the mistake. Please make sure to include your correct refund wallet address in your message. Refunds are typically processed within one week.
